  19. 1. How long does it take until I get my money via bank transfer?
    After uploading all needed documents, including invoice and Settlement Report, and assuming that everything is correct and will pass the review process, you will get an acknowledgement mail with all relevant payment information. You may use this information to raise an invoice against us. If we don’t receive an invoice from you within 2 working days, we will execute the transfer to your bank account 3 working days after the acknowledgement mail has been sent out.

    2. What’s the value of the cash back payment?
    The value of your cash back payment is GBP 150 per product returned to Dell for recycling through the ARS Recycling Services, respective the equivalent value in local currency. Please see corresponding Terms & Conditions.

    3. Which computers do I have to buy in order to apply for the incentive?
    You need purchase either Dell XPS or Dell Latitudes.

    4. What is the basic requirement to apply for the cash back?
    You must buy at least 10 (ten) Laptops/Tablets from either Dell Latitude or Dell XPS series including Windows 8 in one purchase. This purchase must be stated on one invoice.

    5. What else do I need to fulfill to apply for the cash back?
    You need to dispose at least one laptop per bought new laptop – no matter if it is a Dell one or from any other manufacturer – via the ARS Recycling Service.


    6. What happens if I bought my applicable Dell PC including accompanying products outside the promotion timeframe?
    In this case you are unfortunately not eligible to apply for the cash back. Only a purchase placed from November, 9th 2012 until January, 31st 2013 is valid for this promotion.

    7. What exactly is decisive to claim a cash back payment?
    First of all you need to fulfill the basic requirement, stated at point 4 in these FAQs. Decisive for the amount of cash back payment is the number of returned technical devices. You will get one cash back payment for every device that you return via the ARS Recycling Service. Please pay attention on the maximum (see next point).

    8. Is there a maximum of cash back payments?
    Yes, you can only claim at most the same number of cash back payments for recycled Laptops as you bought Dell Latitude Laptops/Tablets or Dell XPS Laptops/Tablets. The maximum to be claimed per company is 50 cash back payments in total.

    9. How do I get hold of the ARS Recycling Service?
    The ARS Recycling Service is available via the usual purchasing process. ARS has its own SKU and can be ordered like other products.

    10. And if I bought other Laptops/Tablets and/or Microsoft OS?
    The purchase of any other products not mentioned above – no matter if it’s the laptop and/or the software – does not entitle you to apply for the cash back of this promotion.

    11. Which documents do I need to upload in order to qualify for the cash back?
    You need to upload the invoice, which indicates the purchase of the bundle, and the Settlement Report which states the disposed products.

    12. Do I need to order all in one purchase or can I spread the purchases over the timeframe of promotion?
    Yes, you need to purchase the whole set – minimum 10 (ten) Dell Latitude Laptops/Tablets or Dell XPS Laptops/Tablets, bundled with Windows 8, including the ARS Recycling Service – in one purchase.

    13. How many claims can I place?
    Considering every claim contains the minimum requirement as described in this document, you can claim not more than 50 cash back payments.

    14. Can I send in any technical product for disposal, no matter which manufacturer?
    It must be a laptop that you are disposing, but it doesn’t matter from which manufacturer (can be Dell or any other).

    15. Which kind of files can I upload?
    Please feel free to upload a pdf, gif, jpg, xls and xlsx.

    16. There are other items on the invoice. Does this matter?
    This doesn’t affect the claim in any way. As long as a valid purchase as described above is on the invoice you are entitled to claim a cash back payment within this promotion.

    17. Can I also upload order confirmations?
    No, only with an invoice you can apply for the cash back.

    18. What happens if I don’t get my money within 3 working days?
